Underdog Bonus
States ranked 4th-11th that win a round receive a bonus equal to one-third of the first-place state's points for that round.
Rivalry Status Bonus
If a state in the top 3 outperforms a lower-ranked state in the top 3, they receive a bonus equal to the point difference between them.
